hot stamping foil for soft ABS
Hot stamping foil for soft ABS is much harder than rigid ABS, it is very important to handle right stamping temperature and pressure. the surface of ABS should be smooth and free of defects for foil adhesion.
Stamping suggestion:
lower temperature is required as compare to normal foil
stamping time suggest 1-2 seconds to avoid destroy the surface of soft ABS
use suitable pressure.
A silicone or a teflon coated printing stamping dies to prevent sticking.
Pre- treated ABS surface with a corona treatment to improve the foil adhesion.
avoid a solid stamping area for soft ABS, line will be much better
Color of foil can be selected: gold ,silver , rose red , holographic, red ,blue ,...
Size: 640mm ,1280mm in width , speical size also been accepted.
